Design is mediocre and very basic. I can’t even read the message. I gave up after trying to explain what I wanted 3 times.

I made all the changes the buyer wanted including changing the design fully twice. The buyer provided little detail except for one quote and colours. They changed instructions after every delivery. I even followed the example that they sent themselves and yet it would seem they didn't want me to.

Overall the service was great fast and great quality. Only issue I had was communication, getting a response would take a while. However it wasn't a big issue in the slightest, they must have had their reasons.
