I do not want to add a public rating to this experience because I think that might be unfair to the seller. I do think he made an effort to achieve what I wanted, but the ability to do so may have been affected by a lack of understanding of American political nuances. There may have also been some sort of communication barrier, I'm not sure. I think for other buyers he may be just fine, so I don't want to damage his ability to get work. The image I ended up with doesn't really meet my goal, so I wouldn't use him again or recommend him to someone I know personally, but he had enough positive reviews to make me think what I was asking was simply something he wasn't able fully grasp.
