Did well if given very detailed directions, if given creative freedom the designs did not match the level of designs in the pictures. I picked this fiverr knowing he was new to platform. Says fluent in English but when I communicated revisions it seemed if they didn't understand what I was saying till I got very detailed (down to naming the font wanted). Very eager to please and quick to deliver and respond. If you know what you want, and can describe it well this is a good choice, if you are not as sure and looking for creative designs to refine to your desire, this might require some work. Potential but not polished. I'd give them another chance in the future.
